Ayaawk existed in the spirit times.
We turned away from the law and were asked to leave the Creator's house... In time, flesh came over the spirit.
By taking care of land & family - under Ayaawk - we garner strength and become whole once again.

The Adaawx is where we come from and its history reaches back to the spirit times.
All crests, tales, songs, dances, Pts'aan, and names attached to particular regions would fall under a clan - Pte'ex.
If you are part of the Ganhada - Gaak (possessed of safe harbour clan - raven crest) for instance, then all Adaawx pertaining to that Pte'ex should be understood for yourself and others.
Gugwilx'ya'ansk is your intellectual property and it is up to you to know where your mother's roots are within the Adaawx, into the present.
